We wanted to build a service where every customer feels truly wanted, experiencing compassionate support without any of the hassle, and receiving great value for money.
Looking at the statistics, according to the World Health Organisation, one in six adults stated they experience 'high levels of loneliness' and we want to help change that, one person at a time.

What is non-regulated care?
Non-regulated care refers to support services that do not require registration or inspection by regulatory bodies like the
Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England. These services focus on daily living assistance—such as companionship, cleaning, cooking, and shopping—rather than personal, hands-on medical care. It offers a flexible, more personalised alternative to regulated care.

We are not regulated, however, we are working in line with requirements that CQC put out to ensure the best quality of care is delivered:
